Rauchfleisch is a German term which means "smoke-dried meat".

Rauchfleisch is also one of Namibia's popular German-inspired meat dishes - a smoked meat usually made of games. Game is one of Namibia's specialities made into popular meat dishes, like Biltong (air-dried meat) and Rauchfleisch (smoked meat).

Namibia which was a former colony of Germany is located in southern Africa.
