Tomato kadi refers to a West Indian dish of luscious red curry made with fresh organic tomatoes with fingers of potatoes, okra, zucchini and peas. It can be serve with plain boiled rice. Serve it in a soup bowl with a small helping on rice on the bottom and douse with plenty of this dish, almost like in a pasta in soup. This can be enjoyed by people who like and enjoys soups, particulary, tomato soup.

This tomato curry can be serve over rice or pasta, or as a soup course with buttery croutons or crusty white bread and cheese on the side.
