Turon is a Filipino food of fried spring roll, either meat, vegetable, usually banana. It is made of a variety of cooking banana which is cut into strips and wrap into egg rolls then deep fried.
Other definition:
Turon sliced bananas wrapped in egg wrappers and then fried with brown sugar until cripsy and brown. Usually found in the streets as dessert or snacks
