Uraro or arrowroot cookies is a Filipino delicacy which are made from first class high fiber Extract of arrowroot: a herbaceous plant which are organically grown in the fertile lands of Marinduque, a small island in Luzon, Philippines. The cookies are golden brown, crispy, and highly digestible with a unique taste. It is a popular pastry in Marinduque since 1946.
