Bhuna
Bhuna refers to a process and a technique of cooking that is essential to Indian cooking, in which spices are dry roasted on a Pan and combined with a moistening agent such as yogurt and onion. A combination of onion, garlic, ginger and spices are fried together in a shallow pan until golden brown to fully release their flavors. The mixture are stirred constantly to prevent any burning or sticking. Meat or vegetables taste delicious when cooked using this technique. Bhuna dishes like chicken bhuna, lamb bhuna and vegetable bhuna are very popular in India
