Mast-o-khiar is an Iranian sauce which means yogurt with cucumber. It is made using a thick yogurt, which is mixed with sliced cucumber, garlic, and mint, an optional ingreddient that can be added at times are nuts. It is similar to Zaziki, Tzatziki, tzadziki, or tsatsiki.
