Pozole
Pozole refers to a Mexican soup that is thick like a stew and made with hominy, corn kernals, pork and a hot chili sauce .
Likewsie, Pozole is defined as a Mexican hominy soup with pork and chicken, served with chopped onions, chiles, ground oregano, ground red pepper, avocado slices, chicharron (fried pork rinds), fresh cheese , and a variety of other trimmings. Pozole is a specialty particularly of the state of Guerrero, Oaxaca and Morelos in Mexico.
