Tortilla de guineitos
Tortilla de guineitos is a Puerto Rican typical meal which means banana breakfast omelet made of dwarf or finger bananas mixed with scrambled egg. It is usually serve with French or Italian toasted and buttered bread slices and eaten with cafe con leche. This is a typical meal which can be serve for breakfast, for lunch, for dinner as a side dish, or for snack.
