Tapsilog refers to the Philippines' famous food combination made of Tapa (beef jerky for TA of TAPsilog), sinangag (fried rice for SI of TapSIlog) at itlog (fried egg for LOG of TapsiLOG). Tapsilog is usually eaten as breakfast food, but can also be eaten for lunch, dinner or snacks. Tapsilog is one of the famous new type of food combinations which is now part of the Philippine cuisine.
