Longsilog refers to the Philippines' famous food combination made of Longganisa (pork sausage for LONG of LONGsilog), sinangag (fried rice for SI of LongSIlog) at itlog (fried egg for LOG of LongsiLOG). Lonsilog is usually eaten as breakfast food, but can also be eaten for lunch, dinner or snacks. Tosilog is one of the famous new type of food combinations which is now part of the Philippine cuisine.
