Inihaw na Bangus translated to Grilled Milkfish is one of the simple grilled dishes in the Philippines made of Bangus (Milkfish) which is just cleaned, butterflied open and salted then grilled. Sometimes, they are grilled whole stuffed with chopped fresh tomatoes and onions which add more taste to the dish. Inihaw na Bangus is mostly served with a dipping sauce (Sawsawan)

Inihaw na Bangus or Grilled Milkfish is best eaten with salad made from slices of fresh tomatoes and slices of  Itlog na Maalat (red salted eggs)
