Mooli ki sabzi refers to a Punjabi dish that uses the common white radishes and their leaves, which are available in vegetable markets in India during the winter months. In this dish, white chopped radish and greens are seasoned with mustard seeds spluttered in hot oil and sometimes flavored with ajwain (carom seeds) for good digestion. It can be served as a healthy side dish to any meal.
