Tagine
Tagine, also known as Tajine, refers not only to the cooking pot, but also a stew that is cooked in it. It is a well known cooking pot and stew in Northern Africa, particularly Morocco. The tagine consists of two parts: a round pot, that is traditionally made with clay, and a conical cover with a small hole which allows some steam to escape.
