Zhitnya
Zhitnya refers to Russian rye porridge. There are two (2) types of Zhitnya in Russia, (1) the black Zhitnya called Chernaya zhitnya which is made with ripe rye; and (2) green Zhitnya called Zelenaya zhitnya that is made with under ripe/green rye
