Cendol is an Indonesian drink which is made with brown sugar, jackfruit, gelatin, coconut milk and the juice of a pandan leaf. They are tiny green squiggles made from bean flour dough which float in a mixture of sweet and cold coconut milk. A cold drink that is usually served as a dessert which can be spooned or sipped up.

Cendol is a also a common and popular cold dessert/drink sold hawker stalls or food courts in Malaysia.

Personal Note: Although it is described as an Indonesian drink, I was able to taste Cendol in Bangkok, Thailand and was served to us as one of the desserts. The green dough has an interestng shape, which for me looks like very tiny toadpoles which are floating on sweet coconut milk. This is a delicious drink/dessert.
