Larang /Nilarang

Larang is a Filipino dish, particularly from Cebu. Larang is a Bisayan dialect which means "stew with coconut milk and spices". Fish Larang is different than fish Tinola which means "fish stew" but they are prepared in the same way. Fish Larang or Linarang can be cooked of any kind of fish, but most people or cookes in Cebu who sell Larang preferred fishes, like sting ray, blue marlin, Indung, Bakasi and Barracuda Cebu is a famous city in the South or the Visayas Region of the Philippines.
