Rava Dosa refers to a spicy, crispy pancake dish made with Rava, rice flour, buttermilk, green chilies, onions and ginger. Rava is the cream of wheat flour and is commonly known is called Semolina. Rava gives a distinctly different taste to this variety of Dosa. Rava Dosa is usually served hot as breakfast food with Sambhar (Sambar ) and Coconut chutney.
