Tavola Calda is the Italian term for "cafeteria", a small diner, canteen or dining hall where there is no or few table service. Moreover, Tavola Calda which literally means "hot table" in Italian, serves ready-made hot foods which can be taken away (brought somewhere else) or eaten in one of the few small tables often available. In Italy's Tavola Calda, food is generally very good.
