Yeolmu-Kimchi refers to a Korean dish, a young summer radish water kimchi that is popular in Korea as a summertime food. Yeolmu-Kimchi has a lot of water and is lightly seasoned. Yeolmu (young summer radish) which is the main ingredient of this variety of Kimchi has smaller roots and larger leaves.
