Mutabbal

Mutabbal refers to a dip from Lebanon which is made with baked aubergines and garlic.It is a type of food popular in Lebanon, Syria and Turkey. It is usually served as a side dish Please see Mtabbal. Mutabbal is known in English as Baked Eggplant Dip and is also called Mutabbal, Moutabbal, Baba Ghannouj, Baba Ganushe, Baba Ghannuj. Lebanon lies to the east of the Mediterranean and shares borders to the north and east with the Syrian Arab Republic, and to the south with Israel/Palestinian Territory
