Moong dal ka halwa is a dessert eaten by the people of the Desert region or Rajasthan, India onspecial occasions. This is a unique sweet dish of lentils sweetened with milk and sugar. This rich moong dal (yellow split peas) preparation is garnished with raisins and chopped nuts.
