Sandesh is one of the most popular desserts in the eastern part of India. This variety of milk dish is as popular as the sweet Rasgulla in Kolkata. It is made with cottage cheese (Paneer) and garnished with pistachio and almonds. To make Sandesh more delicious, ripe magoes can be added to the mixture.
