Yukwonjeon
Yukwonjeon (Pan-fried Beef Patties). It os a Korean version of Hamburger, except that Yukwonjeon has tofu in it. . Yukwonjeon is a dish of ground beef (top round) or pork and tofu, wheat flour shaped into patties then pan-fried.
There are two (2) school of thoughts on how the dish got its name. (1) that the name came from the round shape of meat, and the(2) from the shape of the patties which is similar to that of an old brass coin.
