In most German groceries, there are 2 varieties of Hackfleisch available: (1) Rinderhackfleisch which is a German word for minced or ground beef, and (2) Schweinehackfleisch is a German word for ground or minced pork. However, these groceries are also selling "Gemischt Hackfleisch" , a mixture of ground beef and pork
