Frog's legs refers to the hind legs of a frog which are fried or stewed. It is said to be tasting like chicken. Personal Note: My eldest sister loves to eat battered deep-fried frogs' legs. Her family has a favorite Chinese restaurants which prepare this dish. I always say I eat all kinds of food, but I also think I never do because I will not even try to eat frogs, brain of pork, crocodile, snake and other exotic foods.
