Pan Bimbo or Bimbo Bread refers to the main Mexican white bread. During the earlier times, Tortillas was the main food of the Mexicans, today, however, many Mexicans have already changed their diet from Tortilla to sliced, wheat-based white bread mostly like those which are consumed in North America. In Mexico this white bread is called Pan Bimbo or bimbo Bread.
