Csülök / Csulok is the Hungarian word for "Knuckle" , more particularly knuckle of pig and also of cattle which is used for food, as in Csülökpörkölt, a dish made of knuckle of pork and which is usually served at the countryside weddings. Csülök is pronounced "chew-look".
