Masala Dabba is the Indian name of the Traditional Spice Box. Masala Dabba is a must in every Indian kitchen. It is a round stainless steel box and inside sit lidless, stainless steel cups, each holding one spice. The box has has two (2) lids - one to keep spices fresh and the other is the lid to the main outer box. Note: I have travelled to the south of Indian, but the families I have visited there were poor, hence they do not have Masala Dabba at home. I have been dreaming of buying this Masala Dabba when I return again to Indian soon.
