Saramura
Saramura is a fish specialty in the Danube Delta. Saramura is one of the traditional Romanian fish dishes; a salty, grilled carp.
Danube Delta is the second largest, best preserved river delta in Europe. The Danube Delta hosts over 45 freshwater fish species in its numerous lakes and marshes.
