Vefa Bozacisi refers to Turkey's tavern-like Boza outlet where Ottoman culinary tradition of drinking Boza has been protected since 1876 when Vefa Bozacisi was first opened by the current owner’s great grandfather in the Istanbul district of Vefa.

Vefa Bozacisi is considered a historical landmark, the street where it is located now has been modernized but the Vefa Bozacisi remains carefully preserved including its marble doorstep and the antique wooden bar. Boza is a thick, slighty fermented millet drink.
