Black banger is a fat finger lime variety . It is a large oval fruit that starts its life as jet-black and just prior to ripening ist color change to deep black-purple.

The flesh is fluoro green, few seeds with cells large and distinct. The taste is quality finger lime sharp and refreshing. The weight range is within 45 - 50 grams and the length of the fruit is around 10 centimetres.
