Choora

Choora is the Malayalam word for Tuna.

Malayalam is the language spoken in Kerala India and one of the languages of India. Choora can be prepared as Choora Curry or Choora Porichatu (Tuna Fry) served with rice for lunch or dinner with Chutneys or Achaar.

Picture below is are small Choora sold for 120 rupees from a fish peddler roaming around the village of Allepey in Kerala, India using his bicycle. This peddler shouts "meeeeeeeennnnn" so that everybody can hear him coming with his fish.
