Chicharon usually refers to crispy rinds of pib, but this time it is the intestinal part of the pig that is used whichh when fried turned into a flower (Bulaklak in Tagalog) . Chicharong Bulaklak is also known as Chilak, a combination of the 2 words CHIcharon and BulakLAK.
