Draniki
Draniki refer to Belorussian name for pancakes made from graded potatoes.
Draniki is one of Russia's traditional easter foods. It is a type of potato pancake which is usually fried and stuffed with grated potatoes, onions or garlic and seasoning.
Draniki is also very popular throughout Central and Eastern Europe.
