Mineštre (Bobici idr.) refers to Slovenian Minestrone which is a hearty hot pot made from various seasonal vegetables, rice or pasta. Minestrone's ingredients vary depending on the season. The most widespread types are: (1) Bobici (Minestrone with corn) (2) Paštafažoj (Minestrone with beans) (3) Rižibiži (Minestrone with peas) There are also various vegetable and pot barley Minestrones.
