Paladares
Paladares are the independent, state sanctioned, family run restaurants of Cuba. These restaurants were privatized in 1995 and is now abound in Cuba. In Paladares, tourist or Cuban vistiors can find cooked rustic, authentic and inexpensive Cuban food.
