Pisco Sour refers to one of Chile's most popular mixed drinks. Pisco Sour consists of ice cold Pisco mixed with lemon juice and powdered sugar. It has a delicious tart sweetness. Pisco Sour is also commonly made with whisked egg whites for the froth on top, it is always served in a champagne glass.
