Rose fried flying fish
Rose fried flying fish refers to Barbados dish prepared from the flying fish, which is Barbados’ national dish prepared by any cooking method. The dish is served with cou-cou, a cornmeal and okra side dish. This variation of the national dish is cooked with special Bajan seasonings. Barbados is one of the Caribbean islands.
