Turai

Turai is Urdu for "Zucchini", a popular summer squash with an off-white flesh with a light, somewhat bland flavor. In Pakistan, Zucchini is cooked spices, but is also steamed, grilled, sauteed, deep-fried or baked. Urdu is the national language of Pakistan.
