Tørrfisk refers to one of the typical dishes from Norway which is actually a dry cod fish. Like other famous fish dishes (Gravlaks, Lutefisk or Rakfisk) Torrfisk is said to be not so popular in Norway, but are exported in huge amounts in other countries like Brazil, Spain and Portugal
