Borrida de Rajada refers to a Ragout of skate with potatoes, eggs and Pastis with a spicy sauce (Picada). It is one of the traditional fish dishes from Ibiza that is made also with almonds and topped with potatoes.

Borrida de Rajada is also known as Guiso de Rayas. or Burrida de Ratjada.
