Chicken Yassa is likewise, marinated chicken grilled and cooked with onions, herbs and spices served on a bed of rice or couscous . Chicken Yassa is also a common dish in Senegal. Gambia is situated on West Africa's Atlantic coast. It is the smallest and westernmost mainland African nation.
