Crapaud
Crapaud also known as mountain chicken, refers to frog's legs in Dominica, one of the islands of the Caribbean. This Dominica's dish is made from skinned, marinated, deep fried frogs legs that is served with a spicy Creole sauce. It is Dominica’s national dish.
