Faggots
Faggots refers to an English and Welsh dish of pork, bread crumbs, onions and spices that are pressed into a large tin and braised.
Faggots were used to be made of meat fragments left over after slaughtering a pig, these meat fragments is wrapped in membrane that covers the pig's abdominal organs, and shaped like sausages. Nowadays, Faggots is being made with liver, bacon, onions, bread crumbs, and sage. Faggots are served cold.
