Rujak refers to a kind of fruit salad from Indonesia with a savory spicy sauce. Another variations of Rujak is with spicy peanut sauce.. Rujak is also the name of Brunei's spiced fruit salad.

To prepare, Rujak, all of the fruits are sliced to bite-sized pieces and put into the dish then a sauce is poured directly into the sliced fruits. Rujak is a very tasty and refreshing dessert.
