It is flavored with rosemary, fried in olive oil and served in crispy slabs like pizza. Socca is not only found in France, but it is also one of the foods found in Monaco. It is a traditional Monegasque snack and street food that is often served with white wine. Socca is also called La Socca in France. Socca is pronounced "sohk-kah".
