Stuffed mirchi pakora refers to an breakfast food from the West of India which refers to fresh Anaheim chillies stuffed with a spicy potato mix, dipped in a chickpea batter and deep fried in organic oil. It is similar to "Jalapeno poppers", a popular bar snack, however, this dish is more flavorful and less greasy
Serving suggestions:
In India, it is often enjoyed in a pav ( a crusty dinner roll ) with a tangy tamarind chutney.
Slice them up at a diagonal to serve as a pretty side to the main meal or even as a snack with drinks and cocktails.
