Turon is a Filipino food of fried spring roll, either meat, vegetable , usually banana. It is made of a variety of cooking banana which is cut into strips and wrap into egg rolls then deep fried.

Turon sliced bananas wrapped in egg wrappers and then fried with brown sugar until cripsy and brown. Usually found in the streets as dessert or snacks
