Ttalattouri is the name of Tzatziki in Cyprus which includes less garlic but mint. It is a a yoghurt dip which is included in every Cyprus Meze. But it also accompanies Souvlaki (meat, fish or shrimp grilled on a skewer) as a kind of sauce. It is always serve cold
