Yeonggye-Baeksuk refers to a Korean soup made from a young or spring chicken stuffed or filled with ginseng, sweet rice, jujubes and other ingredients. The stuffed whole young chicken is then simmered until it is tender. Yeonggye-Baeksuk is translated to "Young Chicken and Ginseng Soup"
